Reservations, Deposits and Other Policies:

ALL RATES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (two guests per vacation rental).  Additional guest fee is $35 per person per night in season and $30 per person per night off season

7 nights minimum Christmas, New Years, and Presidents weeks, 4 nights minimum during other in season weeks and 3 nights minimum during off season weeks

A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE. BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN ONE WEEK THE ENTIRE BOOKING FEE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation deposits will be refunded, less 15% surcharge of the total amount of the booking if reservations are cancelled at least 30 days prior to occupancy. Refunds will not be given for reservations that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
